A drafting job fails in one of two ways: someone guessed, or nobody could tell when it would be done. Our process is built to stop both.
Your day / our day
- 5 pm US — you send the PDF and markups
- Your night — question list answered, drafting runs in India
- 8 am US — DWG and PDF in your inbox
- Same day — you red-line; revisions back next morning
Turnaround depends on size. Small sheets usually come back next morning; a set takes a few days.
Step by step
How a job runs
You send the sources
Email PDFs, scans, photos, markups or a sketch. Add your title block, CAD template or any past DWG so we can match your standard. Big files: a link from any file-sharing service is fine.
We send questions and a price
Within one working day you get a short list of what is unclear, and a fixed price or the hours it will use from your block. Nothing starts until you reply.
We draft overnight
Our studio is in Ahmedabad, India. Work approved at the end of your day is drafted during your night.
You get DWG + PDF
A layered DWG saved to your AutoCAD version, a PDF plot to check, and a note listing anything we clouded.
You mark up
Red-line the PDF or reply with notes. Two markup rounds per sheet are included, each back the next working day.
Final set
Final files with your layers, plot style and title block, ready to xref or issue.
Quality
What we check before a file leaves
Every sheet goes through the same checklist before you see it.
- Drawn to scale, checked against at least one known dimension
- Layers, text and dimension styles match your standard
- Every assumed size clouded, never silent
- No stray objects outside the drawing area; purged file
- PDF plot checked against the source, sheet by sheet
- Saved down to the AutoCAD version you use
Your CAD, not ours
Send a template or any past DWG and we copy its layers, text styles, dimension styles and plot style. On the Studio plan we set this up once.
Your drawings stay yours
Files are used only for your job. We sign your NDA on request. Nothing appears in our portfolio unless names, addresses and logos are removed from the drawing.
One thread, one person
Email or WhatsApp. On a monthly block you work with a named drafter who learns how your office draws.
