Fixed prices per floor for tenant-improvement work, confirmed before we start. Above the largest band, we quote. Monthly blocks cover all of it.

How many revisions are included?
Two markup rounds per sheet. Revisions come back the next working day.
How does the monthly block work?
You book hours each month and send work whenever it comes up, with no quote for every sheet. On the Studio plan, unused hours roll over one month.

Yes. Send one real sheet for $49. If it is not right, you do not pay.
How do we pay?
We quote and invoice in US dollars (USD) only, by email: per job for one-off work, monthly in advance for blocks.
